These are the places where one can shop and many more upcoming, namely Prabhatam Grand, Center-Point Mall(With Bank,Retail Shops, Food Court containing Restaurants,PVR Cinemas Multiplex), Shristi Plaza (First Green Project of Jharkhand)^[12] creating shopping paradises and housing major brands for people of Dhanbad.

Presently Fame is the only Multiplex in the Jharkhand state situated in the Ozone Galleria Mall, Saraidhela. Fame is the First Multiplex of Bihar and Jharkhand!, Fame Dhanbad,^[13] the multiplex has 4 screens with a seating capacity of 996 people.
